About the project

Application for organizers of concert events. Designed for internal use. It allows:

  • manage the customer database: register new customers (specify assistants for VIPs), search for customers by database, events, upload the database in Excel format;
  • manage the seating chart: visualize the seating plan indicating free and occupied seats, divide the plan into sectors, tables, chairs, change the number of seats at the table, set different categories of seats, add additional tables;
  • Manage ticket sales: sell tickets through the app with payment by link, card, cash or bank transfer, reserve individual tickets and entire tables, gradually open seat sales, redeem reserved tickets or cancel reservations, sell tickets at a discount, issue free tickets tickets;
  • virtual ticket sales assistant calculator - helps an employee to sell a ticket in different currencies, allowing, among other things, to pay the amount in installments in different currencies, currency conversion is automatically performed, and the balance payable and change in case of cash payments are calculated;
  • managing the appearance of electronic tickets, using QR codes;
  • Check-in and validate tickets at the entrance by scanning the QR codes of the ticket through the application, check-in manually to mark the entire group of persons or the table to speed up the throughput at the entrance;
  • sales analytics: statistics on sellers, events, ticket categories, general statistics;
  • Analytics of the occupancy of the hall: in real time, through the application, you can track which seats are already filled and which people have not yet approached, which allows you to more effectively manage the start time of the concert;
  • financial analytics: sales statistics in each currency, by payment methods, data on bookings and canceled tickets;
  • logs of all actions in the system: employees, history of all sales and actions with a client, order, event, table, seat;
  • integration with third party ticketing systems such as Platinumlist.

The application implements instant synchronization of all data, mechanisms for protecting parallel sales to the same place, automatic data updating, and a system for controlling access to different sections of the application depending on the type of employee account and the level of rights. The application supports the following roles:

  • seller;
  • senior salesperson;

  • administrator;
  • analyst;
  • accountant;
  • hostess

The application works on all modern mobile devices iPhone, iPad, Android, as well as on laptops and computers.
