About the project

  • The system is designed for a company that delivers goods from China to the Russian Federation. The system works in a universal way without being tied to specific trading platforms and can be used on platforms such as AliExpress, Gearbest, Banggood, Taobao and others.
  • The system allows you to register and connect individual Chinese sellers and stores for subsequent acceptance of parcels from them for delivery.
  • Delivery is carried out by our own transport (with the issuance and processing of our own track numbers), and integration with Russian transport companies (and their track numbers) has been implemented to deliver parcels through them in order to optimize transport logistics on the territory of the Russian Federation.

How it works

  • After receiving an order for the purchase of goods, the seller forms an application for sending a parcel in the system and receives a unique track number to apply to the parcel and transfer the track number to the buyer.
  • The parcel is picked up from the seller and transferred for delivery. All movements of the parcel (to the warehouse, sorting, etc.) are tracked and the status of the track number is updated automatically.
  • After the parcel enters the territory of the Russian Federation, local transport companies, for example, SDEK, can be involved in order to optimize transport logistics.
  • All participants (sellers, buyers, warehouse employees, drivers, forklifts, etc.) can constantly track the current delivery status by track number.

Website

The site is implemented taking into account the adaptive design and allows you to track the track number of the parcel, sellers to create requests for sending the parcel and receive a unique track number for it, employees of the delivery department to check the status of the parcel and update the status, administrators to register new sellers, manage users, access rights, orders and track numbers. The interface is implemented in Russian, English and Chinese.

Mobile application

  • The mobile application is a mobile tracking number scanner and is intended solely for use by employees of the delivery department.
  • Allows you to determine and change the status of a package by scanning its track number.
  • Can work online and offline (delayed sync).
